Indian equity indices ended with little change in the volatile session on April 20. At close, the Sensex was up 26.76 points or 0.03 percent at 78,520.30, and the Nifty was up 11.30 points or 0.05 percent at 24,364.85. About 1733 shares advanced, 2471 shares declined, and 175 shares unchanged.
