Indian equity indices ended on a weak note with Nifty below 23,800 on July 24. At close, the Sensex was down 331.62 points or 0.43 percent at 76,059.77, and the Nifty was down 102.15 points or 0.43 percent at 23,767.45. About 2050 shares advanced, 1961 shares declined, and 196 shares unchanged.
