Sensex ended 185.23 points or 0.25% higher at 73,319.55, and the Nifty settled 33.70 points or 0.15% higher at 22,713.10. About 2,548 shares advanced, 1,505 shares declined, and 147 shares were unchanged. Sensex climbed 1,750 points from day's low while Nifty reclaimed the psychologically important 22,700-mark.
