Indian equity indices ended on strong note with Nifty above 23,800 on November 3. At close, the Sensex was up 1,225.07 points or 1.62 percent at 76,917.85, and the Nifty was up 370.05 points or 1.58 percent at 23,810.85. About 2362 shares advanced, 1862 shares declined, and 156 shares unchanged.
