Indian equity indices ended on flat note with Nifty in the volatile session on August 10. At close, the Sensex was up 43.27 points or 0.06 percent at 78,542.44, and the Nifty was up 13.15 points or 0.05 percent at 24,583.80. About 2103 shares advanced, 2107 shares declined, and 184 shares unchanged.
