Indian equity indices ended on a flat note in the volatile session on May 27. At close, the Sensex was down 141.90 points or 0.19 percent at 75,867.80, and the Nifty was down 6.55 points or 0.03 percent at 23,907.15. About 2168 shares advanced, 1877 shares declined, and 160 shares unchanged.
