Looks like the sun , moon and stars are aligned for Foreign investors to come back to Indian markets . Valuations are fair , Indian macro fundamentals are good , Rupee at the lowest level and more importantly the budget laid down Red Carpet for foreigners to invest in data centre infrastructure ( which should come in billions of dollars ) with a tax holiday upto 2047 .
